Last year UFB was installed on my street in Wellington.
I ordered my broadband to be upgraded to UFB on 21 January 2016.
I live in a multi unit dwelling comprising four apartments all owned by the same landlord. To date I have got all of the consents required and these have been sent to vodafone
As of today 13/06/2016 I still have not got upgraded to UFB. I has been nearly 5 months since I first ordered it.
I have been through the toturous experience of trying to get sense out of vodafone's 'customer service". Each time a I call I get a different story.
Could someone please tell me when I will get UFB installed at my place?

ey there Monty, 5 months is definitely a massive wait there. By any chance, did you get in touch with our dedicated Fibre team on 0800 806 016 about this? If so, what was the last update they had for you? Let me know and i'll see to it that this get's looked into asap.

The last contact I had with the Fibre team was in April.
I got a text from them :
" Hi, in regards to your fibre order: The consents have now all been gained. The order is in the network design phase. We will provide further updated when they become available. Call 0800806106 Opt 2 if you have any questions(replies wont be received). Thanks from Vodafone. Ref XXXXXXXX
