Failure on Vodafones behalf to connect my services!!!

I have been trying unsuccesfully to get services connected to my new property for over 1 month!!!!!!!! I leave message after message  with customer services and MANAGERS but noone ever calls me back!! Our family has our cell phones with vodafone and spend a large amount of our hard earned money with Vodafone and would like to combine our internet with you also. I am getting very annoyed that it does not appear that you want our business to extend to internet as well. I have been sent a modem and a BILL!!!! Please if anyone (who is based in NZ) can help me it would be appreciated I am now getting rather desperate and may look elsewhere

Hey I've had similar problems, it seems like Vodafone doesn't care about their customers! I am moving my broadband to Spark, seems like the logical answer
