Told FibreX guys start work 8am.

Told THere is a problem but no status.
Checking Vodfone pages shows no outage
Cable Modem has POwer light ON. DS light flashing. Link light from Ultra Hub on solid.
Power off for 15 seconds and power on. Cable modem goes through Start up sequence, all Lights flash,
then P0wer light on, DS light flashes and Link light comes on. That is all.
We are reliant on Broardband service for Internet and TV. thank goodness not landline,
Status please and advice.
There was a brief outage (~ 3 hrs) on your cable node this morning. All restored by 0924.
Can you confirm all is good for you once again?
