Hello, is this correct? or a fake e-mail.

If this is legit, I dont know who thought of this terrible idea, but it is the one reason why people dont move to another service provider.

I actually like my Vodafone e-mail address, and I dont get spam.

My wife and kids have "child" accounts too, so if you stop this service, I will probably move to another ISP.

Seriously think about it, there will be a large exodus of customers.

I dont know what idiot manager you pay $150,000 a year to made this decision, but you may want to repurpose him to a branch in antrrtica or a small island in the pacific.

I seriously hope this service is not cut.

Regards

Gordon Barclay

Hi I have an old ihug email address and I am currently paying $5.12 per month to keep this as I have moved to a different provider.  Once this email address no longer works, will I have to keep paying for the "forwarding" service you are offering?  Or will that charge disappear? Cheers Karen Hughes

Advised to call back on Monday, to close accounts. If vodafone do not stick to the terms of there service agreement, what choice does anyone have, other then to find a service provider, they can trust to stick to the terms of there contract.
