Email issues?

Hi there,

 

I have a domain hosted with GoDaddy which forwards email from my domain to my ihug (as well and gmail and outlook) account(s).

 

For some reason it appears vodafone aren't accepting the emails to the ihug account from the forwarding servers. I'm not getting a bounceback message or anything, but am wondering if there are others with the same issue? Outlook and gmail are quite happily accepting the forwarded messages.

 

The servers that send forwarded emails from GoDaddy are *.secureserver.net - is anyone able to advise if there is a known issue or reason for this?

 

I've spoken to GoDaddy support but they can't advise much as they aren't seeing bounceback messages from ihug.

 

This started occuring at around 9:30/10am on Friday 27th of Jan.

 

Not sure if others have a similar setup with GoDaddy and email forwarding, but thought posting here might be useful in case someone can advise of an issue or resolution.

Thanks for getting in touch. After a week it mysteriously started working again, so all good, no need to check any further.

Hey, 

 

That's really strange to hear! Just out of curiosity, are you using Vodafone's webmail service or a 3rd party email client? Have you double checked the spam folders to ensure the emails aren't getting picked up as spam?
