We have waited 3 months from when we first agreed to have the Vodafone Ultra Fast 100 Fibre plan ... sigh......
We were so looking forward to this wonderful fast broadband service...... not to be.
Up and running a week now and we have had nothing but sllllooooowwwwwww buffering and in some parts of the house, doesnt even connect to the internet!!!?????
I have rung the help line and got a guy obviously reading from his screen. "Is the cables all in the correct place and plugged in?" bla bla... yes. Everything is set up correctly.
So why is our Ultra Fast broadband worse than ever..... ?????

Well I cant rule out it being Vodafones fault, are you by chance using Wireless for your connection? and do you only have the one router?

Yes we only have one router and yes we are wireless,
Really annoying today with children trying to play their games on their ipads etc and just sooooooo laggy.
We prefer our previous set up.... :-(

Are you able to do a speed test please and post the speeds you are currently achieving?

Sorry for the late reply, the issue could very likely lie with your router.
Not all routers have the same wireless range and quality, so depending on the size of your house, the model of the router and how frequently your reboot your router, the issue could quite easily lay there.
Does connection speed get better when you are closer to the router?
Where is it positioned in your house?
How old is the router?
What model is it?(there should be a model number on the back or underside of it)
How frequently do you power cycle your router?
Is the speed any better on a wired connection?
