Up to date that it takes 2 days to post that there is an outage in all of Christchurch?

The page says "No current issues
There are currently no issues to report on our Broadband or Fixed Networks."

but the network has been down all day.
Is there another page we should look at?

Hi @KeithSalmon - if your are having broadband issues, it is best to contact our tech support team to investigate. If there is nothing on that page, it is possible that they are not aware of any common issues, which means you might have an isolated broadband fault.
