I have a clearnet email address and have recently switched from "TCL VF" to Vodafone services. Now i can no longer send emails using Windows 8 mail? I can recieve fine, but cannot send. All the settings are correct when looking in the help section. I am wondering, is there something that blocks clearnet emails sending via vodafone broadband?
I also seem to have the same problem on my iphone, it will receieve but not send when connected to wifi?
So, it is possible to keep your Clearnet e-mail address when switching to broadband. I will be moving house and thought it would be a good time to upgrade to broadband, but really scared they will discontinue my Clearnet e-mail address (which would cause huge problems). Any idea how to do this process? Don't know if my only option is just to keep paying for dial up (to keep Clearnet e-mail) and add broadband to a new account or same account? I get conflicting advice when I phone in (depending on who I get on the other side), Hope you can help.
