Is anyone receiving emails through Clearnet or Paradise ??
Last legit email I got was last night....since then only spam!
Tested this morning by sending 2 emails from my Gmail and Outlook accounts to my Clearnet email. Both at 9am and not received anything !
Anyone else getting their emails ?

Sorry but there still is an issue.
While on hoilday emails I sent (even to myself to check the system) took DAYS!!! to come through.
I've also been told that an email was sent on Saturday to me by a collegue that still hasnt come through. Yes I have checked the spam folder.
Why is this happening.
Bad enough with the spam getting through, which for me seems to be resolving itself BUT now you cant trust if emails are going to be received.

We are having exactly the same issue. This has been happening for at least a week now.
We have not received emails that we know have been sent. When we do receive them some are delayed.
For example we received one today at about 7:30pm. When you look on the email account via the web the day and time are Friday 9:22pm.
We have raised this as an issue before on this forum. We also sent a complaint via the Vodafone website (actually a reply has just arrived –dated Fri 8:56pm on the website)
We are missing and receiving emails late. The performance of the clear.net mail service is not acceptable. Can someone please fix this?

The one I was expecting FINALLY came through at 6:57 pm tonight. It was sent at 2:33pm on the 19th!!!!!!!
thats over 24 hrs to get a f@@king email
AND to top it off there was also 7 spam emails that got through
EVERYONE LEAVE VODAFONE NOW
They DO NOT know how to send or receive emails
They DO NOT know how to control or filter spam
They DO NOT know his to communicate to customers
They are, in short, USELESS

Hmm, perhaps there is an issue with the server. I have just opened Outlook for today and I received an email sent on Saturday at 9am, arriving last night at 7.53pm.
I also received an ever increased amount of spam, but that is probably due to it being backlogged and its finally arriving to my email account.

Thankfully for the last several days the endless onslaught ( approx 100/day sometimes) of Canadian Pharmacy etc spam mail has stopped and everthing is largely back to normal.
Thank you Vodafone if you have worked on this and cracked the filtering required.
