Hi team
I'm on an old clear.net email address and in the last two weeks I've noticed a dramatic upturn in the amount of spam I'm getting - to the tune of 3-4 an hour from zero prior to that.
Are spam filters still being updated on this old domain?

Thanks for the post, yes we're aware of the sudden rise and have been amending the filters accordingly. Apologies for the hassle.

We have identified the issue, have put in a fix overnight and a further fix going in next week. You should see an improvement during the day and over the weekend. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Apologies, should have been clearer. Fix for spam and also a fix for the recent delays in sending and receiving emails.

Wish I could say that was the case but the inbox this morning !!

Honestly I give up. If you dont want Clearnet customers I'll go else where!

Since logging on this morning (7:40am) had 28 so far to my inbox and only 8 in the spam folder on webmail !!
HOW is this fixing the problem ??
