ArgHHH

4 spam emails through today to the Inbox....THATS 4 TO MANY !!!

@MikeHalesCan you see why this is happening still.

WHY are these straight OUT AND OUT spam emails getting through ??

Are you trying to block by IP address ?

Do you not realise that these a-hole spammers will fake and change IP address every time they send?

Try blocking by words like Levitra, Cialis, Viagra or Lexapro for a change!

Back with a vengeance on paradise emails too.. I agree with other comments.. filtering should be more specific.. IP addresses and domains not sufficient.. every Friday and Saturday there is an increase in spam getting through.. and no I am not going to forward emails so Vodafone can do their job properly.. as I have stated before, this has only been like this since Vodafone took 'control'..

This is ridiculous.  Spam seems to increase at weekends and start of every month.  What is going on, why do the Vodafone filters lose skill every so often??  Can customers have some answers please?

I've noticed a fairly regular flow of spam into spam box at around 100 a day which is bad enough but messages that make it to my inbox vary between 1 or 2 per day to around 12 to 15 a day at the start of the month.

At the same time the adaptive spam filter that is part of Mozilla Thunderbird can correctly identify 99.99% of spam coming through, it is not that hard to have good filters.

@MikeHarvey47

I'm sorry to hear that, I will check with the engineers. The new setup has been active for a while so while you may get a few, not that many.

@MikeHales

Have you managed to check with the engineers and why this continues to be a problem ?

Yes levels are low but was bad again over the weekend as you can see from the comments left.

@MikeHales @capcomnz come on Mike .. please don't think for a minute we won't take this further. I feel we have all been more than reasonable to be honest , but you have not come back to me on my request for formal acknowledgment in the form of an apology from Vodafone or to any of the questions since. If you have no intention of taking this further with Vodafone could you please tell us , then we can decide amongst ourselves what our next move is?

@MikeHales

Can SOMEONE PLEASE explain WHY Vodafone can not block spam !!!!!!!

WHY can you not do this ???

Your so called "spam filters" DO NOT WORK.

Since Friday there has been an increase getting through the spam filters to the inboxes.

Some answers please.

Only thing I have seen is from ChrisB1....

"hi there, this is a knpown issue and our leaders are in the process of looking at making changes that should solve it. Please just hang in there a little longer I believe we are close to announcing a decision."
