Thanks for the heads up, I'll check in but based on what I've seen a vast majority are being caught and if you sent the one mentioned through then that'll be added to the filters.

Yes the vast majority is being caught but theres still those that get through and frankly after 3 months of forwarding spam emails to update filters...I've had enough of doing it.
These ones getting though should be caught.
Theres only so many times that you can forward these to update the filters !
How long do we need to do this....till the end of days ??
Put it this way, When we're back from hoildays in August the remained of the accounts that use the clearnet address will be swapped over.

908 spam emails forwarded over the last month or so (many others missed due to timing or general frustration with the concept) and yet still emails from the same address,same domain,same name.
Like Sandra Li (email@example.com) who has been offering me Iphone 7's and 8's (she is obviously well connected) and just about everything else and yet manages to make her way through your filters every day.Same name,same domain ....???
As an optimistic guy I am at the point of giving up.
I find it hard to believe that you do care,I struggle to understand your lack of communication with your customers and I am ready to ditch years of history to someone offering a better deal because I realise if loyalty and time mean nothing then you may as well prostitute yourself to the lowest deal on the market at least knowing that they also do not care about you (but are cheaper)
What guts me the most is that I joined Clear because they challenged the incumbent and offered choice and service and now it has been swallowed up and those values lost..

Are these spam emails actually making their way past the filters to your Inbox or are they going to the spam folder?
I'm getting reoughly one spam email a day that makes it to my inbox but lots are caught by the filters and are put in the spam folder.
Thats whats suppose to happen.
Doesnt matter what ISP your with.
They will always go to a spam/junk folder.

yesn, I agree with @capcomnz . I am only getting one or two a day now into the inbox. The rest are going to the spam folder . A big improvement, I do however admit to being disappointed @MikeHales . I was trying to be reasonable about all this and you did promise to get back to us last week with compensation acknowledgement .
I would hate to think the whole thing had been swept under the carpet .

4 spam emails through today to the Inbox....THATS 4 TO MANY !!!
@MikeHalesCan you see why this is happening still.
WHY are these straight OUT AND OUT spam emails getting through ??
Are you trying to block by IP address ?
Do you not realise that these a-hole spammers will fake and change IP address every time they send?
Try blocking by words like Levitra, Cialis, Viagra or Lexapro for a change!

Back with a vengeance on paradise emails too.. I agree with other comments.. filtering should be more specific.. IP addresses and domains not sufficient.. every Friday and Saturday there is an increase in spam getting through.. and no I am not going to forward emails so Vodafone can do their job properly.. as I have stated before, this has only been like this since Vodafone took 'control'..
