Thats all they needed to do from the outset.

Inform the people on whats happening.

People dont like being left in the dark.

So 10th of June I was advised that Vodafone could of communicated better,and nearly a month later we get a post on the community board that we have to go looking for !!

 

The spammers have our email you would like to think that our provider does as well and could take some sort of step (s) to apologise and explain directly.

 

I am trying to work out what would be an appropriate hourly rate for the hours of forwarding on "missed spam" to help sort out this problem (that does not seem to be going away)

 

It really is a disaster that shows no sign of being solved and I have the deep suspicion that because we are so dependant on our existing email addresses that they know they have most of us over a barrel.

Still receiving 3 or more pages of spam mail daily. Also receiving spam mail in to inbox.

Have contacted Vodafone about this 2 or 3 times already - there has been no change!

For months now I have been receiving over a 100 spam emails a day, this is ridiculous,  the ammount of time I am spending having to delete my inbox, then my spam box, then my deleted box. I phoned to complain about the spam problem and was told I need to forward each email onto the missed spam email address. This is just crazy as I would end up spending most of my day doing this. This problem needs to be sorted out NOW. I do not call this customer service, this is a joke!!! I am not happy. Jacquie

Its a long time known problem that they had intended to have a fix in place by the end of June BUT decided to continue making better upgrades to the system.

Should be in place by mid-July

Frankly I dont forward the spam in the spam folder (webmail) as thats already been caught.

Thats why its in a spam folder !

This will happen if you have Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or whatever. It will always go to a Spam or Junk folder.

I understand this happens in case a false positive results on a legit email.

 

I only forward (as an attachment) the spam that atcually makes it to my Inbox.

Cant say its gotten worse....still very average.

Fri, Sat and sun had none  !!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????????

Monday 8, Tues 5 and today so far 3.

Again thats to my Inbox.......I dont count the c**p that is in the spam folder. Couldnt care less about it.

 

Hopefully @MikeHales could give us an update.

Unfortunately, I have to check the online spam folder as it is also filtering out emails I should be getting.. today one email amongst 5 pages of spam in the webmail folder..

Can't attach emails on Android platform. They need another system with changing operating systems.
