Since logging on this morning (7:40am) had 28 so far to my inbox and only 8 in the spam folder on webmail !!
HOW is this fixing the problem ??
Others experiancing the same.

Apologies, it isn't like turning off a tap but it will improve throughout the day. I totally understand your frustration, we're customers too and the team is working on it and will continue to do so.

What I would like to know is why none of your clearnet customers have been directly advised of these issues or updated on what is going on.
A few weeks back as the spam got worse I searched out an answer on the community and thought I would give it some time to be corrected.
I have been forwarding on all spam (70 + overnight) and have struggled during the past week as emails have gone into limbo for 24 + hours meaning a lot of phone calls to sort out what were simple changes to an insurance policy.
This morning I had to create a new community account as it said my password was wrong but of course I have not received the reset email yet !
I am just not sure why it is the customer who has to do all the chasing around and work when you have the ability to communicate directly with us and give us some faith that things will get sorted.

I agree we should do a better job of communicating on issues like these, we have made improvements but clearly not enough yet. Info is online and in Community but not flagged clearly enough.
There have been 2 main issues, a wave of spam which then impacted mail servers.
We have been working on firstly clearing the way for email delivery, that is working and emails are flowing through better than before spam. The spam filters have been updated but we still need to adjust those to remove all - the volume is massively down but we want to go further. So during the weekend, the team are continuing to refine filter operation, you'll see the effects over that during the course of next couple of days.

I am getting aSpam email every 5 minutes today.
There is only so much Cialis I can use.
The ONLY reason I stay with Vodafone is because of the pain of chnaging my ClearNet email with all my contacts. That pain will soon be worth taking if this spam doesn't stop!!

I totally agree i haven't changed becuase its a hassle but this is the second time I have had MAJOR issues with spam this year seriously thinking of moving to another provider very over this

My concern is now what emails that have been sent that have gone "missing"
Just found out several important emails that where sent in the last 2 days havent arrived !!

I'm assuming this also applies to those that have been sent to us from somebody else, as is my case.
Seems my emails I sent have gotten through to the destination ok.
Emails sent to me ------still waiting !
