@MikeHales, you may be seeing some improvements, but I am still receiving troubling amounts of spam to my Clearnet webmail account, some of which makes its way into my Inbox. This has been going on for months now, but Vodafone does not seem capable of taking effective action to filter spam. My non-Vodafone accounts (a work account and gmail account) do not have this problem, so I assume that the providers of those accounts have effective spam prevention process in place. Even if you just filtered out the Viagra and Cialis spam, that would make a significant dent in the amount of spam received. Given the amount of time that Vodafone clients are spending doing the spam filtering job that Vodafone should be doing, the lack of effective action in fixing the problem, and the infrequency of Vodafone's communication with those who have complained, I think that the least Vodafone could do is give us a discount.

Clearnet and paradise are getting a huge influx of emails atm, if you could forward as many as you can to email@example.com OR firstname.lastname@example.org depending on which you have. And also be assured our technical team is working hard to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

Is there a way you can forward the whole lot at once? I do not have time to individually forward through all that spam mail.

You dont need to forward any spam that is caught in the Spam folder. Vodafones spam filters have already caught this and thats why its in a seperate spam folder.
This will happen with any email provider, wheather its Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Spark or who ever.
Any spam that is recongized and caught will go to a Spam (or sometimes called Junk) folder.
Its possible that some providers may delete the really reconginziable ones, but that could lead to legit emails being deleted by mistake, thats why they opt to put these emails in a seperate folder.
Its only the ones that make it to your inbox that need to be forwarded (as an attachment).
All i do is check to make sure any legit emails have not been caught in the spam folder (through Webmail) and otherwise I just delete the lot. I did read somewhere that the spam folder does automacally dlete its contents after several days but not sure if thats right or not.

Hi for a few months I have been getting excessive amounts of spam and its doing my head in so much I think I will change providers. If clear cant get on top of it by now, after this length of time , its ridiculously poor service. I have better things to do with my time than forward 14 emails a day to missedspam because someone cant do their job properly. I have phoned a few times to complain and still the problem seems to get worse. The addresses it all comes from are obvious spam so why aren;t clear stopping it before it gets as far as my inbox ?
