Hi, Im trying to cancel a call diversion which is currently going from a business landline to a mobile phone but when I follow the instructions it doesnt seem to be working. E.g. using *37 etc
Could you please try picking up the phone and dialing 160 once you hear the dial tone, and let us know if this works?
