Stay in Flat Bush, broadband is not working since today afternoon. Had call to customer service and technical team log in ticket, but they claim had insert the unlimited 7 days data for temporary usage while fixing up the problem but i cant seen in my Vodafone app the data is insert there so i cant really start work by using mobile data. Try to call customer service twice but says due to access failure and the unlimited data will go to my husband vodafone mobile data, yet theres also cant seen in vodafone app there is additional data add on. So can someone tell me how should i check? I need the internet at home for my work pls
Unfortunately, Always Connected data doesn't show in the my vodafone app. It will be available so you should feel free to use your mobile data for work. Sorry for the confusion and hope your broadband connection is back soon.
