I've been talking to various teams from vodafone helpline since Monday last week but apparently nobody could help me with this ongoing issue.
I was initially approached by the fibre team two weeks ago and they sent two technical persons to my premises to do the first-time fibre check. After consultation I chose not to go ahead with the installation and they put my fibre status on "pending". However since Monday last week(19.06.16) I expereinced frequent disconnection from my normal ADSL (which used to be pretty stable in the past few years) and today my internet connection was completely cut off!
I talked to various team - account, billing, technical support but nobody could solve this issue. The "faults team" has done two "24 hrs" tests to watch my modem but unfortunately nobody informed what caused the issue. The most rediculous thing is my fibre account was confirmed to have been removed on Monday (27.06.16) but today my account still shows up as "ultra fast unlimited 100"
I do hope somebody from this forum could help me with this endless drama.
