I'm trying to find out if my broadband & phone line is on a fixed term contract? Or are they all, by default?
I can't see anything obvoius on my bill, nor on the My Vodafone website.
Thanks for your post, depending on how old your contract is, you're likely to be on a 12 or 24-month contract unless the old one has run out. IN which case you're just on a monthly.
