My new modem hasn't arrived yet and topping up my plan with FlexiData is getting expensive. What can I do in the meantime? It might take a while until my new Fibre plan is sorted out. I rang the call centre but got nowhere!
Hi Hamish, my modem was supposed to arrive yesterday but still hasn't arrived. I rang the Vodafone call centre today and spoke to James Hernandez but he wasn't sure how long it would take to be delivered. Are you able to look into this for me?
