Hi Vodafone, we have just paid our fixed line and broadband bill online which was going ok until it took an extra three more payments off our credit card for no reason and told us we were now $500 in credit with Vodafone when we rang Vodafone and asked why this had happend we were told there must of been a GLITCH at our end, not sure how that happend as we have had no problems paying our bills online with other company's, we have now sorted out a refund which apparently will take 7 working days, has this happend to anyone else or did " THE GLITCH " just affect me, I am thinking of posting my payments in future to avoid this happening again?

Thankyou all sorted after speaking with one of your supervisors who sped up the refund process for us.
