I am being billed too much each month for 2x broadband accounts that I have. Call up to fix the issue and over an hour i get transferred 5 times - each time I need to tell them account details / identity questions / what the issue is etc. No one can help but am finally told to expect a phone call. 1 month goes by - no phone call. Call up again, same process, more time wasted. Vodafone - your service is worse than Jetstar.
