Hi there I am just writing as I think I have been charged for changing my plans two months in a row? I am just wanting to find out if this is the case and get my bill redone if so please. Two months in a row now I have had part month charges and credits etc and extra charges associated with changing get plans. How can I get someone to look into this please

You must of changed plan part month and now they are prorated, If you get both invoices side by side they will make sense when you look at the dates and part month charges,
