Billing Issue

Hiya,

 

I signed up for broadband in February and got the 6 months free. It's been great - no problems with the broadband or service. But I have noticed that my $10 monthly discount for having a mobile with Vodafone has only come up on 1 of the bills out of 4 received? There's no 'I have problems with my bill, call this number' section, so have resorted to coming on here to try fix the issue.

 

Can someone please get in touch to have a look into it?

Hi @rutkyl - please click on my name and send me a private message with your customer details and account number and the mobile number which has been linked to your account for the discount, so I can ask someone to look into this for you.

Hi @rutkyl, have you checked your bill? They never get right after I renewed my plan since March. Keep sending wrong bills.
