I received a bill today (08/05/15) and the due date is (21/05/15)
Why only 13 days to pay bill?
It never used to be so short. My co-worker who is also with vodafone said he experienced the same thing and when he questioned it he was told that was normal by the support person.
I'm sorry but I don't believe less than 2 weeks is normal for a due date on an invoice, considering before I upgraded to fibre my normal invoice period was 5 weeks.

I have worked for VodafoneNZ just over 15 years and it has not changed
