Bill notifier

Hi all.

 

I received a bill today (08/05/15) and the due date is (21/05/15)

 

Why only 13 days to pay bill?

 

It never used to be so short.  My co-worker who is also with vodafone said he experienced the same thing and when he questioned it he was told that was normal by the support person.

 

I'm sorry but I don't believe less than 2 weeks is normal for a due date on an invoice, considering before I upgraded to fibre my normal invoice period was 5 weeks.

Hi there what is the date on the statement that it was generated? Also how did you receive the bill?

Current Charges due by 21 May

 

Notified via E-Mail received on the 5th

I see.

 

It seemed before I changed to fibre I had longer than 2 weeks.  Perhaps I'm mistaken.
