Ok, hopefully a member of the Vodafone Social Media team is reading and can chime in, settings on the network end may need double checking.

 

As a rule of thumb, if you can use 5ghz for wireless then use it. With 2.4ghz you are competing against other wireless devices and your neighbour's wireless as well for a finite amount of wireless capacity hence why you are seeing a difference in speeds between the 2 frequencies.

Best thing you can do is use Ethernet where possible also as this takes pressure off the wireless spectrum.

done test with speedtest.net and  when connected via my 5Ghz wifi I got 83.56 dowload and 21.15 upload  :-)

did the same test using the spark one and got, 85.12 download and 20.88 upload.
