I have transfered my account to "smart connect", other than "I'm good to go" I have not received any other informations yet. No email/letter about my new account and no emai/letter about my modem. Is it on its way? What is going on? Also I have requested to put my mobile account onto my broadband account to receive the discount, but I have not had any updates about that either. Lack of communication is not good customer service. Vodafone can do a lot better than that.
