Hi, I'm a paradise.net.nz email customer. Following Friday's news I'm swapping over this weekend to an Outlook account. I received a txt yesterday from Vodafone telling me that if I'm a vodafone.net.nz customer I'll be receiving "an important email" with "all the info you need, including...unique link to set up auto forwarding".
So - Vodafone - can you now send me that email as a paradise customer? I'd like to get this auto-forwarding set up as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for getting on with this in a timely and efficient way.

You should have received your email by now, could you please check your spam folder in case it's accidentally ended up there.

With the lose of the Vodafone email service, will Vodafone be reflected this in our monthly costs as it has diminished the services we signed up for.
Why did not NZ Vodafone keep up to date with there infrastructure like other countries do.
Google email and Outlook are poor substitute that I have found cause further issues and spam.

Regarding your question about whether we should be reducing the price of our packages; Vodafone market and sell fixed broadband and mobile connectivity. Email is not part of our core offering. However, we are entitled to withdraw a service if we provide adequate notice to do so, and this is covered in the terms that govern our agreement.
Vodafone have opted to continue to service our email base with auto-forwarding so there is no need for customers to proactively advise their contacts of their new address - they just won't be accessing their email through our older inbox anymore.
In light of the above, we are not moving to reduce monthly charges based on the changes to our email service.

It's interesting to note that emails from Vodafone staff are hilited in Thunderbird as Possible Scams!!!!

I certainly won't be accepting Vodafone's forwarding email service because they will only forward on spam if their email service as antiquated as they say.

Hi - I have 1 account, but 3 email identities in Paradise. What arrangements are in place to set up autoforward for all 3 identities?
