No systems issues, just re-submitted email addresses where individuals have had problems.

I had an ihug account but set up gmail and notified Vodafone well before November deadline. Since December emails are not being forwarded to gmail as promised by Vodafone. They were for the first few weeks... then it stopped. Can you please fix this or advise me how to.

I set up forwarding from my @clear.net.nz addresses about six months ago. Until the closure of the service I received forwarded emails but since then nada, zilch, nothing, zip, zero, none. What is going on? I've had these email addresses for 20 years and there are a lot of subscriptions I've managed through them, so it's taking time to change them over - I need access!!!!

I had an ihug email address which was part of my mother's Vodafone account (had it since I was a child). I set up auto-forwarding to my new gmail account before November 30th and everything was working fine. She moved house and closed her Vodafone broadband account at the end of January and now the auto-forwarding has stopped. She was assured that it would continue.
