I had a vodafone.co.nz email account.

I was aware this was closing down, thats not an issue and I managed to set up the redirection of any future emails received.

I did not use outlook on my laptop to access these emails, but purely on the email app on my phone (and logged into the web every now and then when required).

Now.  My issue is.  My phone was stolen and I havent been able to locate it.  Thus me no longer being able to access my old email address an any old emails that were in there as a result.

Ive been pulling my hair out ringing the call centre who all give me different answers, I just want the right one and am hoping you can give that to me.

Can someone re-activate the email for me, so that I can then access those emails and FWD them to my new email address?  Or even FWD them for me?  Anything?  There are a few important emails in there that I urgently need and am struggling to believe that there is no way I can get them out.

What was the service your emails were forwarded to? Re-activating your Vodafone email address won't provide you with the emails you've missed as, since 30 November, they would have been automatically forwarded through with no record on the Vodafone server.

One of my Clearnet eamil addresses, which has been forarding successfully sinnce November 2017, has stopped working and is rejecting emails.  email address is desktop.focus@clear.net.nz.  Diagnostic information received by my email server when sending a test message.:

Maybe it has been disabled by your email forwarding provider for some reason?  If so can we get it re-emabled?

Hi.

 

I have a pair of Clearnet email addresses that only sporadically forward to the new address (1 out of 8 test emails have been delivered). There are a number of posts on this forum reporting similar issues. Do we know what's going on? Could somebody from Vodafone please post an update and, ideally, fix it?

Fixed for me thanks Mike. 6/6 test emails sent over the last week have been received.

What was the issue?
