Since VF setup a product included a email storage. Now, VF will remove a Email Storage server. But Customer rather their own privacy within NZ email system, They don't want free a GMAIL or OUTLOOK.com outside from NZ server.
Will Vodafone give $10 off a month for removed email storage from customer account bought a product package was include email ?
or customer will change other ISP service.

The short of this is VF won't care once the email systems are down.
Best you get on to advising your contacts of the change.
Even if they do offer you a $10 for a re-direct, this is a complete rip off.
There are lots of different ways in setting up emails going forward, the best advise I can give is to get it down sooner than later and use a free provider or get your own domain name.

Will I need to pay any termination charges if I take the closure of my ihug e-mail service as an opportunity to move to a more reliable provider?

Signing up to this forum is ridiculous - every time I chose a username, I had to select the stupid images to prove I wasn't a robot, then got told my username was invalid, rather than being told before I proceeded. I guess I should have guessed that disgruntled was already taken!

Okay, so in the posts you say (extremely bluntly) that your fees will not be lowered despite a drop in service. How about some sort of compensation for my time? I need to update all my contacts, change various logins, clean out my email - we're talking several hours to do this. I would leave vodafone, but you conveniently locked us in for a year just before this announcement, so I have no choice. Do you expect customers to stay with you????

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to customers and the decision wasn't taken lightly. We will do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible.
