I haven't set up forwarding from vodafone yet. Should I do that first?

I have checked the Spam folder in Paradise but have not received the e-mail (have been checking for a few days now).

Email forwarding setup last week. Nothing changed. No emails forwarded. My notification email was in online spam folder. So will this forwarding of emails work any better than the promised fix for spam for last few months. Wondering and very frustrated. Certainly not a reason to recommend Vodafone to anyone else in future.

Like so many other people here I too have NOT received any email from Vodafone re the Paradise closure. Please don't tell me to check my spam folder. Neither myself or my partner (two different paradise email accounts) have received anything from Voda on this. Can you please clarify exactly when Voda is going to be sending this stuff out?

All emails have been sent, apologies yours didn't arrive. If you would like to message me with the email addresses you want to forward from and to, I'll get that sorted for you and you can ignore any emails you receive in the future.

Hi - not had an answer to my question of 3 days agao so I'll ask again.
I have set up a gmail account . If, in the future, I wish to move from gmail (perhaps because they start charging or perhaps because the volume of spam being forwarded gets too much for them), how will I change the forwarding arrangements from vodafone? Will there be a way of handling that?

No sorry this doesnt answer my questions as i want to know if moving from vodafone email to another suggested email means i can transfer all my folders, and emails and documents associated with that address or will they disappear??
I am currently comparing costs between vodafone slingshot and xtra at this time. I am comparing and looking at my options. The communication from vodafone has been terrible.
I only found out about the end of our vodafone email by chance when ringing to enquire about something else. I had no idea and had received no communication.
Because of this i phoned vodafone and cancelled the move to fibre. This week i have received a parcel from vodafone for this despite cancelling this option. I phoned vodafone on Tuesday night 4 times. Each time i rang the 0800 number the person i got told me i had to call back on the 0800 number again and press the same options. This is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back that night. I have still received NO call back.
Hence i am hugely disappointed and am weighing up my options with other companies this weekend.
