I see that clear.net.nz email addresses cannot be downloaded from webmail, but what happens to those that are already downloaded to Microsoft Outlook on a PC? Will they still be accessible after 30 November? Thanks

since they're out of Vodafone's "system", on your PC, you will be safe. Unless you have PC troubles, which is another storey.

As I understand it, a business email hosted by Vodafone - eg @betterbiz.co.nz - ( for which I pay an additional monthly fee) is unaffected even though the user name is firstname.lastname@example.org and I received an email advising closure of that email@example.com service?

So, long time Paradise customers have to get new email while business users get email as usual. Time for complaint to consumer etc about this as if Vodafone can manage the business accounts then they are in effect choosing not to manage our accounts. I have had my email account for 20 years. Not good enough Vodafone.

I already have my Clearnet mail diverted to my Gmail . However i see that my server is POP3 and set up for incoming mail is pop.clear.net.nz,and the outgoing SMTP is : firstname.lastname@example.org
I think its the same for my laptop, iphone and ipad.
Will I have to change any of these ?

Yes, you will need to set up forwarding for the Clear email address.

I have not received an email to set up my forwarding for email@example.com & have checked my spam folder and it's not their either. Please Help!!
