All staff have vodafone.com but quite a few, myself included, have.co.nz as well as paradise and clear.

Ok, I've followed the instructions and accept that it may take hours, even days to import all my emails into Gmail. However, I would have expected it to have at least started the process by now. All it seems to be doing is importing any new emails I get addressed to my ihug address. These seem to be being redirected to Gmail and don't arrive in my Windows Live Mail at all. This is very strange.

I've tested it out by sending a message to myself at my ihug address. It never arrived in my my Window Live Mail, but was redirected to my Gmail address. Still no sign of any of my old emails being imported.

OK, so I open a new outlook.com email address as per your instructions. I currently use Microsoft Outlook programme on my PC to receive and send emails. Do I still use Microsoft Outlook with the new outlook.com email address, i.e. enter the new email address where the old clear.net address used to be under the email accounts settings in the programme? Or is outlook.com a totaly new experience not using Microsoft Oulook? Thanks wilma
