530 authentication required problems

We are having emial problems. I have just switched over to UFB with Trustpower, but have retained my paradise.net email address. It recives email but cannot send it. I generally get a '530 authentication required' message.

We have tried all the Vodafone settings but cannot seem to connect the outgoing server,

A suggestion was made to try seeing the PARADISE.NET server settings, but it comes as an .INS file which windows can't open. My password is okay for Pardise as I wouldn't be reciving emails otherwise.

Any fix?

Turned out that it was the new UFB server -: outgoing server box, should be typed smtp.kinect.co.nz, as you no longer have a Vodafone connection.

Incoming server stays the same as I am keeping my .paradise.net. email.

Have you turned on authentication in your SMTP server settings

Petty much tried all of that. Dosen't seem to help.

A Send / Recive gets both ticks, but if you try to send an email it won't go out - you get a window asking for the password, which keeps repeating as long as the message is in the outbox..

I can only conclude the problem has to be at the outgoing server end.

Yes , she emailed me ...........BUT I CANNOT EMAIL HER BACK - The problem is still there. I can't ring a helpline as I am deaf.

Please try logging into Clearnet and put a p/ in front  of your username i.e. (p/username , password )
