$5 security fee still being charged, I asked for this not be charged.

Hi.

 

I just looked through my charges this month as it was a bit higher than usual, and I am being charged a $5 online security fee.

 

I expressly advised when I came back to Vodafone broadband that I did not need this service nor did I wish to pay for it.

 

This also happened years before, with an earlier account.  Can this be remedied immediately please?
