Hey all
I recently went in store to have an email sent away to change from Unlimited 100/20 to Unlimited 200/200, I recieved an email stating it would be switched over 27th of feb (today) but wasn't really advised on what would be happening. When I log in it says my plan is 200/200, I've reset the modem/router but still recieving the old plans speeds. Should I be expecting a technician or something? Is it just a waiting game on there end?

Hey there,
Would you be able to do a speed test via network/ethernet cable? and see if there is a speed difference?
as it could be your network adapdter drive might not be compaitable for the speed
