if i suspect my phone has been stolen, and i know the suspected thiefs number, is it possible to find out if they have changed phones via their phone number?

@TCHeathNo. We could not release another customers information to someone without their permission. That would be a breach of NZ Privacy laws.

 

The police would be the best people to help you out.

Vodafone can normally see the IMIE number of the phone a sim card is in.

yea im not sure the 'ninja' knows what im asking. Im not asking for the details. just wanting to know if its possible. regardless if you do it or not. 

Im guessing if they can see the IME number, then they can tell if the phone they use to have has been changed to another one?

if you have your phone that is stolens IMIE number they can see if the IMIE of the other phone number matches your phone's IMIE.

To answer your question directly, yes, we can see the IMEI number which a subscriber is using.
