Vodafone Complaint

Hi, 

 

After being over charged for a few months through vodafone on internet and mobile with no compensation. I decided to give them another go. 

 

So i rang up and signed up with a new S9+ and plan and 24 months VDSL.

$40 plan 24 month i believed. I asked him do i get the $100 off RRP and Charger and JBL speaker. He spoke to his teamleader or supervisor and said yes. 

 

Got the package today no speaker???? Rang up transfered from philipenes to nz and guy on phone said it doesnt come on the $40 plan and that they will contact me in 3 days. 

 

3 days.. i cant use the phone because if i want to return it you cant use it for more than ten minutes. If i had known this was not part of the deal (JBL Speaker) i would have got the same package from spark or bought outright from PB tech. 

 

Now the issue is that if i do return it no company has the same offer up anymore as pre-order sales are finished. 

Any Help or Suggestions would be much appreciated. :-(

I also just realised its the wrong color as well but i can live with that.
