Hi There, I've just topped up my phone online and didn't get the usual text (my husband also topped up and no text) is there a reason for this - something to do with the ongoing mainyrnance this weekend or a fault of some sort?

Nope there were some changes made to the SMS confirmations that get sent. I think that one was disabled.

Let me check on Monday and confirm for you.
