The last three months, I have had problems with software updates and phone was replaced three times with the same model.  The latest replacement had the same problem of not updating software so the shop decided to replace it with a new phone.

My question is, does the new phone have to be better than the original phone within all the spec's or do they only have to provide a working phone?

SMART ULTRA 6 vs VODAFONE N8.

Screen:

5.5 inches vs 5.0 inches

Resolution:

1080 x 1920 vs 720 x 1280

Chipset:

Qualcomm Snapdragon vs Mediatek

CPU:

Octa-core vs Quad-core

GPU:

Adreno vs Mali

Memory Card:

64GB vs 32GB

RAM:

2GB vs 1.5GB

It sucks when we are changing the phone, all the data has gone, and we're trying to save it if possible. So, before changing the phone take a look, how can we move all the data from our old device to the new one easily without losing even a single multimedia.

I am following the same method for me and works fine for me.
