Hi there, that doesn't sound good! Taking it to a store to have someone have a look might be the best thing to do I'm afraid.

Pretty sure it will still be under warranty, but even if it isn't - the team won't charge you for just having a look at the phone and giving you some advice. If repairs are needed, they will tell you.
