Since returning to NZ after using Roaming overseas my Vodafone App always returns message"sorry we can't show you the data for your connection, please try again later". I can see my summary but not my usage. I get the same message when I use the website but then I can access my usage.

Is the App working fine for you now? If not, please get in touch with our call centre on 777 and they'll be able to get this sorted for you.

Ringing 777 doesn't help.
Customer service gives some lame generic excuse of "we have just started updating the servers, the problem should be fixed soon, We apologies for the inconvenience"

HI! Sorry for inconvenience and I really appreciated your patience. Have you tried to logging out and logging in with your Vodafone app to see the update? If doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Cheers!

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app,
Have shut down my phone, left it off for 10 min and rebooted it.
Made sure all updates are installed.
The app have been like this since March/April!
On this post from March it states, it appears to be an ussue that needs to be fixed internally?
