We have been made aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their Vodafone Smart Ultra 6, whereby the phone freezes when accessing Facebook and FB Messenger.
To un-freeze your phone, please follow the below steps:
We suspect that this is due to a recent Facebook application update, however this is to be confirmed.
We will provide further updates when we have confirmed the root cause and when a permanent fix will be available.

UPDATE at 12:20pm 06/08/16
We can confirm this is related to Facebook rolling out a global update on the 05/08/16 which appears to have caused significant issues to Android devices. It is causing the devices to freeze.
At this point we recommend that you uninstall Facebook and Facebook Messenger applications and access Facebook through your browser.
Facebook have advised they are working to fix the issue.
