I will not RMA this PoS. I'll just chuck it and never even think about getting another VF product again. They could give us a flash tool to return to stock rom and it would cost them nothing. If they don't, I'm out.

maybe its time for them to grow up as telephone maker and release recovery tools for their products as all other phone manufacturers have...

Well, we haven't had any response regarding this for days now. From what I can tell, Vodafone have burried their head in the sand and hope this all goes away. This is extremely dissapointing, I would expect more from them.

number of destroyed phones is pretty big but this thread cannot be googled for some reason so only few complains here

i have the same problem here ..
i am from greece!
i update my phohe to the latest firm and my phone is gone!
no command and nothing else!
please give us a solution! really unacceptable
