Scammed by Vodafone

So around 11:30am today I got a text message from Vodafone offering me 4000MB off-peak data for $1, and later in the day I replied "yes" to accept the deal. I found out I was actually charged $10 for 10000MB off-peak data, can someone please explain what happened?

Hi,

So I've sent the message a few days ago, what's supposed to happen now?

Thanks
