Spoke to Samsung NZ this afternoon. If the accessories were purchased from a Samsung distributor then they should provide a refund (and I confirmed with PB Tech that they will provide a refund on case and screen protector). Samsung were going to look into refunding items purchased elsewhere, e.g. TradeMe, and call/email me back but haven't done so yet.

@Lucas, Could you confirm how refunds are calculated?. I pre-ordered and was on 24 months plan. Do you refund only the amounts incurred monthly or the full RRP of Note 7?.

With the thread updated it's telling me if I got the phone online because in which I pre-ordered its classed as an online order, so I should go into the store. But.... The store is telling me there is no process yet and that I should wait for them to call me.
What should I do here????

The info here is correct and the store is the place for you.

For those asking about how refunds are calulated on the 24 or 12 month interest free (due to the discount) here is my experience.
I'd just like to say how well this whole process has been handled. I took my Note into Vodafone yesterday and I came away happy. Why?
After some discussion the store acknowledged that when I purchased the Note there was a $300 discount for having a 2 year Interest Free ($1299). Because the recall was through no fault of my own, they applied this to the price of the S7E which is currently retailing at full RRP ($1399). It helped by explaining that if I didn't do the swap option, but took the refund and repurchase route, I would have been paying extra for what in in essence a "downgrade".
The $100 credit mentioned above was also applied to my account.
So all things equal, it meant I 'downgraded' to the S7E for a reasonable $999, which I think is a fair outcome.
Ontop of this, JB Hifi refunded my Samsung accessories and Noel Leeming even refunded my Casemate accessories.
Although the process took 3 hours, I also have to remember I bagged a free J5 a couple of weeks ago. So all in all, well done Samsung & Vodafone. Can't wait for the GearS3 now
