Hi, I know that spark have already given out replacements but I am still waiting to hear what is happening with vodafone. I went in to their store only to be told that because I bought online I would get an email to say phone was on its way. Still waiting! Come on vodafone - please make contact!

Still waiting for a reply to this.  I'm sure I should have heard back by now.

@LAC

I've just contacted Digital Mobile, and they advised Orewa doesn't currently have any.

You can check in by calling 0800 434 448, option 2, option 2. They can advise on current stock levels.

Hi @sams I'm waiting for my replacement to be couriered to them, but I haven't heard back yet, or gotten a tracking code yet.  Are you able to check the status of the sending on the device for me?

Based on the fact the official news from Samsung is that they are asking partners to stop sales while the investigation takes place.... If we accept the swapsies, can we swapsies back if the Note7 becomes available again in the future after the investigation?

Also, last week the S7Edge was coming with a free Tab A7.0 4G version. If that offer still in place? Now that we are being forced to replace our devices, it would be better if we could make use of offers that were available at the time of us chosing to stay with our Note7 device.

Hi, is there any advice for customers who upgraded their contracts so that they could take advantage of the interest free purchase offer? Thanks.

Seems there is no process for people that ordered online/preordered the device.  This is the answer I got when I went into the store in hopes to get an S7 Edge.

This is not ideal.  The store and I are getting annoyed with how this recall is being handled.  How long do I have to wait again for a simple exchange?
