Hello 

I've just got a massage from vodafone, which said the replacement Samsung NOTE 7s are arrived and are waiting just for you, Please visit the store where you bought yours from or talk to your Account Manager and you will be taken care of. I bought my note 7 from vodafone online store so when I went to a vodafone store yesterday their staff told me I have to call vodafone online store service, but I called more than 10 times no one answer that phone. 

I just want to know when can I got the new replacement one or in what way I should be contacted.

All online orders will have a new device sent out to them. You should recieve this early next week.

 

Did you return your device to the store?

 

Sorry about not being able to get through to the Online Shop team, they're very busy handling this and the iPhone 7 launch.

@sams, if that is the case then you need to tell your Mobile Consumer Provisioning team as they have just emailed me the following in response to a query, "The correct procedure is you will need to return to the store you handed your phone over to, they will then continue to process another online order for you, once this is received in the onlineshop worksheet we then approve the order which will then be delivered within the next 2-3 working days to the address that is confirmed upon at the time.

 

I believe we are all on the same page now, all stores have been educated on the correct process to be followed moving forward".

Sorry, I think there is a misunderstanding.

 

Yes, customers should return their devices instore, and yes they will arrange with the online shop team to send you a new one. 

 

Sorry if the store did not originally arrange this when you first handed your phone in.

@samsare are you able to find out the status of my phone please?  Store is telling me they are waiting for mine to come in, all I wanna know is if thats true.

Just when to your shop at Cuba st wellington. I was told there is no note 7 unit available. You guys need to get your team coordination and communication sorted.

So after they send it out, will they send a massage or track number to me?

Hi Vodafone,

 

Can you please advise me when is your Cuba St (Wellington) store going to have Note 7 replacement units available?

 

I bought Note7 online from Vodafone website, can I get my replacement unit elsewhere? or do I have to go back to the store where I returned my original Note 7?

 

I am expecting a response on this.
