From the comms I got, that's not what was stated.
I was advised if you purchased instore, you would tradein your old note7 for a new note7 straight away.
If you purchased online or over the phone, you would be provided with a Galaxy J5 in the meantime, and you would be sent out a new one in the courier.
What ended up happening? Did they provide some kind of solution like a temporary phone, and did you hand in your current Note7?

So they didn't take your old Note7's and didn't give you any replacement or temporary phones?

Can I go pick it up at the store even I ordered original one online?.
I've been to Orewa store yesterday and the guy said I need to pick it up even I ordered it online.
He said he'll give me a text but nothing yet.

All online orders will have one sent out, the store won't be able to provide you with a new one.
You should be able to return your old one to them though. Did they provide you with a temporary phone?
